I'd rather be living in downtown Detroit.

lived here for only 2 months and I am breaking my lease. Paying $1500 is a lot of money to leave, but it will be worth every penny. People leave dog waste every where and the management will not resolve the issue. The new hallway renovation looks like it was done by a 2 year old, and also smells like ones diaper. Broken doors and fire alarms are just a few of its inconveniences. Oh Yeah the airport runway is in exact approach of the complex.
To any one looking for a luxury apartment look elsewhere

Oh I agree and the maintenance guy Mike, he is a perverted Pig, I caught him in my panty drawer and the management refused to do anything about it. You can here them all talking about how they want to screw this chic and that chic in their shop downstairs, they are disgusting pigs, That Mike guy is a fat slob and very scary looking.

So, your evidence that it's a bad place to live is to attach photos of trash..... from the dumpster area? Note to self, do not hire this man for top journalist spot at paper.

Garbage full of indian food that sits for 2 weeks is an issue.

Don't be that dramatic. I lived here for 5 months and it's not that bad. Yeah some hallways smell like indian food but the apartments themselves are not bad. I actually really like living here. It's close to everything and the apratments inside are very clean. I guess it's how you maintain your apartment that counts.

the garbage not being picked up by the garbage company isn't the apartment's fault... but yeah, it doesn't look so nice when it piles up. i've never smelled anything in my hallways outside of the occasional food smell, but that's to be expected.

The garbage is probably picked up once a month, if that. I have seen dog droppings on the hallway rugs, and also stains. The management wouldn't pick it up either, it stayed there for over 24 hours. I had no interactions with the maintenance staff, but that would probably explain why the dog waste was left around for so long.
