Very High Crime area

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The kids at the Juvenile Detention center next door cause a lot of crime in the area.
Management keeps it a secret what the building is next door and the juvey center doesn't have a sign on its building.
Ask a sales rep what the building is and they won't tell you!
There is a very small sign in the Juvey center's front lawn but conveniently it is covered by plants.
