Dealing with or getting in contact with the office staff is one of the most unpleasant experiences. They are terrible at returning phone calls and it seems like you have to track them down with multiple calls to get any response.

Hmm I dont see This when i called The girl"s(AMY Or kerri))In the office they are soo helpfull.I have been looking at this place and got a good feeling from Them.WR is on top of my list to check out for sure A plus. I am making a long Dist move in oct TX-CO and when i get a feeling over the phone i feel i can trust them. I have called alot of APts in CO and got some really bad service and had to X them off my list. Update April 15. I sent in my forms and all the other info they needed so i can be put on a waite list in the fall. I think the girls in the office are A plus at there job and cant wait to meet them for my keys on moving day in Sept. I have a few friend's who live a few blocks away to WR and they both have told me how nice it looks and not heard of anything bad going on So i have stopped looking for my new home because i just found it here at WR.. I have never had the office not respond to me when I have needed them. They only have 2 girls in the office and they are always busy but always return my calls when they can. Patience is a virtue!

We have lived in Willow Run for over a year and we can't say enough about the management of the complex. We have always received friendly, professional treatment. The women in the office treat us as family.

The management staff just loves the hell out of you when your going through renting or leasing, not when you have a problem....it changes then,to indifference, no replies, excuses, "do it yourself", some of these remarks are ridiculous, to assume something and never live here a day. In fact, mail boxes have finally been replaced after years of being broken into, but they didn't bother giving anybody the keys to them, so you have to go to the Post Office to get your mail ! In fact they didn't even bother telling any of their residents that their mail keys don't work, waited for lines of people to come into the office! Considerate? Professional? Helpful?

I had issues with the office before I moved in. They wouldn't return calls. It should have been a sign to stay clear of this place. They are horrible about giving notices in a timely manner too. Hardly any notice was given about moving your car out of the parking lot for repaving - then towed at the owner's expense! The rent here is higher than other places so you would expect to have better service. Those writing the good reviews must have really low standards.

If you had a bad feeling at the beginning, you should have never moved in. Why did you then? Why spend all of your time badmouthing people who are doing the best to try and please EVERYONE when we all know that it's almost impossible to do. Put yourself in their shoes! I can see that you are just bitter over the parking lot. Give it a rest already. You have said your piece now move on.
