Good, at the time.

My wife and I resided in WRV before Zuni connected to Federal so traffic was not a problem. WE had one of the nicer apts on the pond side and loved the views of Longs Peak all the way down past Mt Evans. Our apt was wonderful as it was a 1st floor private entry and we were on the second (top)floor. I'm sure the guy downstairs didn't like us too much as we had a dog at the time and he could be a little rambuctious, but we were always out by 10:30.
The staff here was phenomenal. Kenny who used to work there was the best. I know he was only the maintenance guy, but that guy was always at our place within an hour with whatever we needed. We were the first tenants of our building/apt so there were not many upgrades, like ceiling fans. After requesting that the staff had Kenny install 2 within an hour.
Parking was a nightmare unless you reserve a garage as we were forced to do.
After the apts were sold in late 01 or early 02, the level of service did drop dramatically. Unfortunately we moved only a few months into the new ownership so I really can't give them a bad report. Well, thats my $.02 worth. - Robert - Former Willow Run tenant.
