It is sad to hear of a resident making such false statements on a review board like this. You should be ashamed of such tall tales, when as a resident myself, they gave plenty of notice, and even went so far as to knock on doors to find people whose cars were in the way. I have never ever witnessed any of the other things that you made reference to either. I am sorry to see such outlandish remarks about such a wonderful community. Can't say that it is surprising though coming from someone that will only reveal themselves as annonymous. What a shame.

Interesting, that RRChris, and Dvmeehan complain about annonymous, yet they are pretty much annonymous, aren't they ? Chris seems to pop up in a lot of these reviews, you don't suppose he is connected with the property, do you ?

Plenty of notice to you is less than 24 hours? For the record, my door wasn't knocked on. The property manager said to me that "some" doors were knocked on. Direct quote. I was working by early a.m. in my apartment and no one knocked. As for the childish slander by the recent "good reviewers" I really wonder why this is so personal for you unless you have some vested interest in the property. If actually a resident, talk to all your neighbors. Per Amy in the office, several cars were vandalized on 8/11 along with the pool and jacuzzi. Get the facts straight before calling someone a liar. Yes yippie - odd that they both posted a response on the same day too huh?

Just because someone writes a nice review does not mean that they have to be connected to the property. Maybe some people are happy here and would like to express it. If you're not happy, then move to some place where you are happy. You mention the other reviewers commenting on the same day, so what, you guys are on this site just as much if not more.

My car was also vandalized in the fire extinglisher incident. I will say in that case that they were slow to replace them. And this review absolutely hit the nail on the head about the children in the complex they are the worst that I have ever seen and I have lived in five complexes.
However... I got notice to move my car at least 36 hours before they started to tow them. I also personally witnessed maintence knocking on several doors to try and inform residents that they were going to start towing cars. If I remember correctly they even delayed the work for about an hour and a half because of it.
