I lived at Willow Run for over two years and I enjoyed it every day. Cathy and Amy in the office are great. They always go out of there way to get to know the residents. They made me laugh may a day when I stopped in. Jerry the maintenance man is also very friendly, prompt and effecient. Karen in housekeeping was wonderful too. The first night I got my garage I left the opener in the car and hit the button on my way out. Karen and I finally got the garage open but it took more than an hour. She never batted an eye. Finding a parking space at night can be a challange, but I don't really have a major complaint. I don't think there is really anything anyone can do about it. Snow removal was always very good. My neighbors were great. I had to move due to work and I wish I had found a place even half as nice with such a great staff here. If I moved back to Colorado and had to rent, Willow Run is were I would go.

Amy is gone. Too bad she was great. The people at the management company are fools for letting her go.
