I love Willow Run and the reason I do is because of Cathy and Amy (the manager and assist. mgr). I have lived here for almost 3 years and it has been the best apartment experience of my life. I was so sad when they took Amy away but thank heavens they brought her back. The best move ever by the mgmt company. I am sad that Cathy has had to be out due to medical reasons but I can't wait until she comes back. The lady that is filling in is cold and very unfriendly and if she is there and Amy or the temp guy goes to lunch she has to close down the office cause I don't think she can handle it. I will continue to live at Willow Run as long as Cathy and Amy are together. You can't ask for a better team due to their friendly, fun and caring personalaties. The maint. team use to be good until Jerry left and the new guy has a lot of work to due in order to fill Jerrys shoes. Keep up the good work Willow

Cathy and Amy have been long gone, and things have only gone downhill. Managers are rude and there is no maint. team to speak of. We are not renewing our lease.
