well as mentioned in other reviews, the hallways smell, the grounds are not kept clean, neighbors just have no respect. People are always dumpster diving in our dumpsters. And living on the first floor, there is a big pest problem. when a mouse got in a neighbors house, management could only lay poison, would not come in to remove the mouse trapped in the room. they said, "It will find its way back out the vent it came in". Also a HUGE problem with spiders! and when management was told about this they said that's just how it is being on the first floor, nothing I can do about it, just part of living in Colorado, and being on the first floor. No protective mesh covering vents coming in from outside, they can just crawl inside! I kill 2 everyday, and these aren't just house spiders, they are wolf spiders. I had a mouse on my patio, they laid a trap and never returned to check it and when I called they said its the tenants responsibility to remove it. Terri is nice and tries to help, but Staci is rude and doesn't want to hear what your complaints are, does not make you feel like she is on your side as a manager. I am moving out and only wish I could get out sooner. I am completely grossed out and should not have to live with this. IT IS NOT NORMAL by ANY means as they have said... hope this helps someone think twice about moving in here

During summer months, you're dead on. I face the creek/woods and have bug invasions. Spiders aren't so bad (they handle if something else crawls in), but earwigs I find all the damn time, and if my A/C is not on, they invade the front door when I come home from work (6-8 at a time, hiding in the edges of the door). Really gross. A/C helps a lot, and the only mouse I've ever had was on my doorstop when an outdoor cat left it, headless, for me as a house warming gift.

This is a valid complaint, but if live on the first floor in any other apartment community or even a house you own and there are bugs, mice, and spiders. The office will call out pest control to take care of this, but people have to understand that spiders will come into the homes. Willow Run is one of the best communities I have lived at in Colorado. It is back from the road and there are very nice people that live here. The office staff is great when I have an issue or just want to come in and say hi. I would tell all of my friends and family to live at Willow Run if they were or are looking for a wonderful place to call home.
