Parking is bad, renters are not made to park correctly makeing it hard to park. Employees the live on property are not made to follow rules as all other renters. There decks was alway clutterd with stuff, screens bent and damaged. The front office staff is and the owners Barron Properties do not listen to concerns when addressed. They are over priced for what you get, they always seem to find away to charge you additional money.
