Wow, wow, and wow. That's all I can say. I moved to Colorado from 750 miles away to attend school here, and it was insanely hard to find a place that would not only rent to me, but not LIE about prices and policies. I had to do most of my apartment hunting in my homestate, and most places would advertise a price then totally switch it to a higher price when I called. This is the ONLY place that didn't. I absolutely love it here. The staff rocks, Abby [the manager/lady who helped me with the lease papers] is awesome, any thing I needed fixed was fixed within 24 hours. My one-bedroom apartment is huge, I almost didn't have enough stuff to put in here, lol. There's more than enough parking, it's pretty quiet [compared to most other apartments, anyway] the people here are great, and I just love it. Everything is nice, new, shiny, fabulous. The 24 hour fitness center also comes in handy quite a bit, too. :) I still can't believe a place like this exists. My only one complaint would be the little kids outside. There are a couple [not a whole bunch, but a few] and they can be a bit noisy. But, on the other hand, with all of the families and little kids around I feel extremely safe. Which is super important, since I'm living on my own for the first time. :) And the kids aren't brats, either, so it's all good. LOVE THIS PLACE!!
