After reading the 2 positive comments here, I think the office people have been rating themselves high and trying to make it look like its a renter. Nothing positive about this place but the location. It is noisy and average construction. Don't complain much to the office just so I don't have to encounter them. I'd rather fix things myself rather than wait for the maintenance people.
