There?s only one word to describe this place, and that?s CHEAP- and not in a good way, either! The apartments are poorly crafted (mine is so drafty that I have to crank my heat up almost 24/7...I don?t even want to know what my heat bill will be!) and I noticed that my neighbors below me have even put up plastic to seal their sliding doors from letting the cold air in!



It?s also really noisy- I?m constantly hearing neighbors outside my door or the little kids screaming and screeching outside all day long. Want to take a quick nap during the day' GOOD LUCK! Not to mention the high school marching band practicing during daytime hours when I open up my windows. I can also hear loud thumps from my upstairs neighbors all night long.



The people living here are increasingly shady as well. It has really gone downhill from when I moved in last year. I hear loud noises in the parking lot and people revving up their REALLY loud ATV?s and cars all day and night long. There were several broken-down vehicles littering the lot for months on end- it took the office about 6 months to have these vehicles disposed of. I?ve also noticed police cars roaming the parking lot on numerous occasions as of late. The supposed rate per month for a one bedroom is around $800- which is a complete joke.




They've also let the fitness facility go completely downhill. It used to have several pieces of functioning equipment & was actually quite nice. Now it's down to a stairclimber that only works half the time and a stationary bike. They haven't fixed or replaced any of the broken equipment in months.


All in all- not worth it. Better to spend your money elsewhere.
