Grounds are dirty as there is trash blowing around and cigarette butts every where.
Parking spaces are small and short in number.
Requests to management to clean grounds or to repair anything are completely ignored.
Work out facility is a total joke as they refuse to repair the old broken down equip.
Be sure and ask about the late fee on your rent should you make it on the 4th or later. I was told mine would be $245 if I were late after I had signed my contract.
After being transfered by my work to a new city, I was told I would have to pay $4000 to get out of my lease.
The "market value" approach is a total scam. Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!
