Upon relocating here from another state, I have been checking out apartments that are pet friendly. The Bluffs have been the most reasonable that I found. Also, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Any problems that we had were completed within 24 hours. We have been here for about 3 months and have found that the neightbors are quiet.
