I lived there for a total of 6 months. That was about 6 months too long. The apt was dirty when we moved in and had to be cleaned before I could bring any of my things in. The blinds were brittle and cracked when they were touched! My neighbors were smokers and it filtered into my apt daily ruining my furniture and management refused any solutions we found. Maintenance was a joke. My smoker neighbor died in his apt and was in there stinking for 3days before he was found and they had people moved in within a month-no carpet cleaning or painting done. The pool was always dirty-there was a soaked diaper sitting next to the pool for a week. Disgusting place. Trash everywhere. Life quality there was below poor. They kept most of my deposit for cleaning the carpets (prob the first time theyd been cleaned ever), light blubs that were burnt out when I moved in and even cleaning the vents that were filthy before my occupying the apt!!!! I was even charged for the brittle blinds I tried to report and get replaced on at least 4 occasions (including the day I moved in). They said it was because I never turned in my check in sheet. I turned it in twice and they lost both copies. They are a joke and the hag the is the manager needs to go find her rock and crawl back under it.
