In the time that my wife and I lived here, we had gone through management problems. When we moved in everything was fine and dandy. We actually lived next to one of the maintenance staff and never had a problem with him. Up and til he quit working there things were good, except that they didn't always supply bags for dog poo, and when they ran out of bags it would take a few weeks to have them supply more. So there was dog poo almost all the time and they never enforced violators. When the maintenance man quit, that is when things really went down hill, probably because of management in the office. We actually never got our air filter replaced the whole time we lived there. As for trying to move out, it was a living hell. In the process of moving out, they refused to listen to the problems that my family had and demanded that they be paid rent. My family went through 3 funerals in 3 consecutive weeks, and when I tried to see if they could work with me, they didn't give a rats. Also upon moving out I had borrowed my father's trailer to aid in the move. I had just got it the night before and chained it to the tree outside my apartment. When I got up to go to work the next morning, it was being towed. When I talked to the appt manager, she stated that it was reported abandoned. Evil pure evil is that woman. Also upon leaving if your lease is up they will rip you off charging you outrageous fees almost doubling my rent to $1300 beacuse I needed to stay 1 extra month. RIP OFF!!! When I discussed that we were moving out I pointed out that a lot of people especially in the building that I was in were moving out as well as around the rest of the complex. She told me that their profits were up and that lots of people were moving in. I ask you when you see people moving stuff from upstairs to a trailer and you ask them if they are moving out and say yes and tell you the reasons, wouldn't you agree that the manager is lying' STAY AWAY!!! RIP OFF!!!
