I want to move out NOW

We moved in in January and I was ready to move out the first month we were there. The apartment was dirty. The floor was stained with animal urine, but the office manager called me a liar and told me that no pet had ever been in that apartment. I was assured that the carpet would be patched in that spot within a week of us moving in and that never happened. The patio blinds are brittle. I've had to have more than half of them replaced since moving in. I took the children I watch once a week swimming in the pool and the office manager rudely questioned my residency at the Bluffs with no apology when I told her what apartment I lived in. They have double standards for residents as far as parking. If you're moving in, you can double park all you want. If your a current resident, the office manager will have you towed with in twenty four hours. They allow semi trucks to take up five spaces in areas where parking is very limited. They also allow several trailers to be parked along the east area of the parking lot. The maintenance staff abuses their rights to the pool. They will kick people out at the 10 o'clock cut off time and throw parties in the pool which include alcohol and food, both of which residents are prohibited from bringing into the pool area. My lease is not up for another 6 months, but I desperately want to move. Our neighbors are loud and disrespectful of their neighbors and the management staff here think that it is not their problem. Grounds maintenance is a joke. They go weeks before they mow the lawn. They do not enforce their policies on parking, cleaning up after pets, noise, or with the pool. PLEASE, do more research than I did and choose a better complex to live in.

It is because of this review, is the very reason, I wrote my review of the complex. If this person is so unhappy, I would suggest they move as I am sure they make their neighbors unhappy, and I am sure they will not be missed by their neighbors or the staff! I live right next to the pool, and I appreciate the fact rules are enforced, and have never seen after hours parties since I have been living here.
