I've looked at quite a few other apartments recently and The Bluffs came off as the place where customer service seems to be the best, the location is great and the apartments are very nice.

Sandy, the manager and Marti the assistant manager are super nice employees to work with. The complex doesn't seem to be owned by a conglomerate, but rather by 1 person only, so the attention to customers is much better.

I'll follow up after I move in - in December 2007.
