This place is nice and quiet, and in a good neighborhood. The price is very affordable, and the location is right next to I-25.
And, that's about the only good things you can say about it.
It's next to impossible to find any parking spaces available, due to the fact that they let 20 -------- move into every apartment that comes open.
Have a concern about something' Plan to call the complex at least 168 times before it's addressed.
Want snow removed' Wait for summer.
They nickel and dime you to death. And it's almost like having an extra roommate when you live here, because they enter your apartment for random reasons at least once a month.
The apartment was filthy when we moved into it. We had to do our own cleaning. The garages are absolutely tiny and overpriced. If you have a truck, don't bother with the garage.
