My husband, 1yr old son and I live here and have had trouble since the day we signed the papers. The first appartment we tried to rent was terrible and there were about 10 non english -------- in the appartment above ours. I have no problem with -------- (My father in law is Mexican) but the way they were living above us was a problem, a half dozen of them drinking, hanging off the balcony yelling down to a truck in the parking lot filled with a half dozen of their friends at 10pm. I was told they were here on a visa to work at the golf course. WHATEVER!
As far as the rental we finaly did move into, there are two HORSE SIZED DOGS that live above us that bark ALL THE TIME! They would wake my son up all the time and tromp around at midnight. I took one of the managers over to listen one day when the dogs had been barking ALL DAY and she was horrified but never did anything but email the tennant which of course did NOTHING! She finaly told me to call the cops if the noise got out of controll. The cops laughed at us......I would too! I think they have more important things to do! (there are no weight restrictions or limits to how many pets you can have here)
Anyway the noise from neighbors is HORRIBLE!
The parking is WORSE there is never ANY!
The management it THE WORST!
There are drafts coming from EVERY window and door. (I can see the outside through the giant gap under the front door)
The maintenance team are the only friendly people in this place. I feel sorry for them with what they must have to put up with from the staff!
Our only saving grace is that we only signed a six month lease and are out of here by the end of the month!

I agree with this tenant. My wife and I have lived at the Bluffs for 2 years and just recently had our car towed due to not having parking passes.
Turns out that the parking passes were never issued to us and management did not care to provide them to us until we had our car towed. Now they refuse to pay for the towing (which happened in February) and are trying to blame us for the tow, stating that we were in violation of a policy that was implemented.
They change policies without proper notice and do not have you sign something saying that you received the change in policy. For those that work 8-5 management will not be home when you get home from work to discuss any issues, as they work inside those hours. Parking policy is not condusive to someone who owns 3 vehicles.
Invest your monthly rent with a more reputable company...someone who is involved with the BBB.

This is crazy; I have lived at The Bluffs for two years and have received nothing but dynamite service from both the office staff and maintenance staff. I love my apartment and do not plan to move anytime soon.
