I moved into Echo Ridge thinking that with a new apartment community, there would be fewer maintenance problems. WRONG! My bedroom wasn't wired, and still isn't because maintenance wouldn't submit the problem to the right people (verbatim: "I want to keep my job and not get in trouble so I can't help you."!!!!), and there are stress fractures all OVER my apartment. In every window and closet. Part of the floor in one area is beginning to seperate from the wall and form crevises. BEWARE!!! My leasing agent, who disseappeared after I signed my lease, told me, "oh those are just cosmetic!". Good thing I know architects and building inspectors.

The leasing staff is always too busy talking on their cell phones or to each other to care about anything that the renters need. They will suck you in with the big 1000 AMEX check bonus but get this... you never get it. FALSE ADVERTISING and failure to abide by their own lease!!

Did your building inspectors ever come out? Were you evicted before you could get your $1000 AMEX? Cause I got mine!

I was thinking about getting an apartment here but after the bad reviews I think Id be better off finding somewere else
