I was a resident at Echo Ridge for a year and had numerous problems with management and the quality of my apartment. A number of times I left messages at the leasing office that were not returned. I was only contacted by the leasing office once in reference to renewing my lease and it said "fill out the form below to schedule and appointment to talk about your renewal or if we do not receive this form back we will contact you to schedule an appointment." I did not return the form and I never recieved a phone call. I had to initiate all of the work when it came time to renew my lease. The first lady I spoke with told me my rent was going down and she would call me the next day with the price, that never happened. I once again called back to find out what my renewal rate would be and the next man I spoke to told me it was going up. In short I wrote a letter to request that my rent stay at the same rate. When submitted to management it turned into a he said she said battle. The lady denied ever telling me that my rent was going down and she also told her boss that she did call me back...lies. They were unwilling to work with me in any way. In the end the manager that read the letter bascially called me a liar and that was the end of that. Just because your rent went up doesn't mean they are a terrible staff. They have always been great to me and all of my neighbors!

You are lucky then, the staff is extremely rude all the time.
