Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Positive:
Quiet, ample parking, maintenance staff (Craig) very good.

Negative:
Furnace runs off water heater and take about 5 hours to bring the apartment up 5-10 degrees. Carpet is very light in color and cheap, looks dirty after first week. DISH Network is the only choice, can be expensive without Qwest phone line. Grace period for rent consists of payment on the 1st, or you are screwed!
