Middle of the road From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Before moving in a year ago, I was sold that this was one of the best in Castle Rock. We'll now that I have ended my lease, I would say middle of the road at best. Pro's: Two of the office staff folks are great; Johnathon and Lindsey. Other than that, not very friendly. Con's: The GYM facalities are neglected, unkept, and when I've complained, I'm told that they would get right to it ... doesn't happen. The walls of the apartments are not insulated... I honestly don't think there is a single piece of insulation in the walls. The water tank (which is also the heating source for the apartment) is out on the balcony. My pipes froze on 5 different ocasions this winter which means no heat. This place has a really high turnover, so negotiate the price before signing the lease.
