First Impression: nice, friendly, courteous staff, moderately priced.
After Move-In: could care less about you, always finding ways to raise your rent to the amount you would have paid before their "discount", incompetant/rude/impolite staff.
ECHO Ridge is not the place to live. They offer up front "discounts" that in a few months you realize have dissappeard due to additional monthly fees that were not mentioned when signing the lease. But try to get in touch with a manager, the floor staff can't answer rent questions, and you get passed around from one person to another, none of whom can answer your question. The appliances are faulty and cheap, carpet stains from who knows when start emerging a couple weeks into your lease, uncontrolled children run rampant through the streets throwing rocks at passing vehicles.
