When I toured this apartment complex, I was immediatly impressed with Lindsey, the leasing agent. She was very knowledgable and friendly. On my move in date, I had to deal with another employee, Laura, whom I belive is the manager, I new this would be the worst year of my life. Laura was completly rude, crude, and socially unexectable and she's the manager!!! Laura is the poster child of white trash with her bimbo attitude and general dislike of society and customer service. After moving into the trailer park aka Echo Ridge I discovered that my apartment needed new carpet and my dishwasher actually put sand on my dishes instead of cleaning them. I called down to the office and had to deal with Laura again. Her response was I can't help you with that. !'! I thought she was the manager! What do manager's do' Apprently sit around and drool at boys at the pool. I asked for Laura's supervisor's phone number and she refused. I inquired to what happened to Lindsey and was informed she doesn't work there anymore. I felt that was unfortunate but I wouldn't work there either having to deal with that witch Laura. After a week my dishwasher was still playing a sandbox, I went into the office praying I would encounter someone other than Laura, when I met Lynn, the assistant manager. Lynn was very apolgetic and maintenance was at my apartment and my dishwasher was fixed. Lynn should be the manager! Don't move there as long as Laura is in charge.
