have lived here for two years and ill tell it how myself,my husband and our half dozen friends that also live here see it.
office staff:helpful but very snippy most of the time.
maintenance: from last spring till now the grounds,pool area,garbage areas and overall property is a nite and day difference from how it used to be up kept(big thanks to groundskeeper)old supervisor BO and even new super TOM from what we have seen or told have not been very knowledgeable or helpful or kind or courteous. Painter CON is very rarely seen prob do to being an inside painter.
old tech Carl: worthless,not kind or courteous, does not know the first thing about anything"smelt like beer" when doing my disposal.
new tech Cris: have yet to see him on site or doing any maintenance"is he a ghost'"
Grounds Rob: have seen him doing pool,grounds,garbage,lighting etc. myself and several others on site here have agreed they need another few men here like Rob and maybe the place would be that much better..he says what he does and does what he says.. always straight forward,fast,knowledgeable,courteous and is onsite for what it seems like 24/7 i see him out and about tending to the property inside and out all day every day..this guys groundsmen' thought he was maintenance till i got my news letter. overall nice place to live if you can get past the few slob like people that cant throw out trash,cant pickup after there dogs and flick ciggs everyplace.

Having just moved out yesterday, I would like to tell others that there are less expensive places in Castle Rock that afford more space, better views, and even cleaner grounds! While I really DID like it at Echo Ridge, I found the trash in the hallways (particularly cigarette butts right at my door) to be particularly offensive, especially when I had friends and family visiting. I will tell others that while I liked it here, I'm finding the new place at The Bluffs to be quite nice, comfortable, more spacious, and for almost $200/month less. Check it out.

maintenance ? didnt know they had maintenance ? and they have women that work in the front office? now thats funny
