Great Apt Complex

Overall, a great apt. Provides hard wood floor in the kitchen, and black appliances. In the balcony the space is extremely spacious. Never had a problem with the neighbors but I wouldn't call them a classy bunch. The only problem is when resident turn the garages into a Midas. Loud cars, car sticking out of their garage or people hang out inside of them.
