Keep changing management. Prices high. Grounds not well kept. Lights always out.

A very vague complaint. Whats the problem with changing management? How do we know whether or not it was for good or bad reasons? Have you made any effort to let the management know about the unkept grounds and bad lights? I would assume so, but from the way your statement was made so short and vague, I bet not even a peep was made. Thank you for your help in deciding where to live? I guess I will have to bypass the intent of this site and check it out for myself.
