I'll start with the good, then move to the bad.

Apartment: great 2 bedroom floorplan, beatiful kitchen, wonderful bathrooms, dishwasher and stove rock!

Bad" The fridge is very, very bad. It leaks at least a quart of water per day (maintence told us we had it set to high, then when we lowered the temp our food spoiled.)

Maintence is a joke! I honestly think the last maintenece guy had a drinking problem. We complained about our dryer 3 times and each time they had a different explanation to why we were doing something wrong. Afte they got a new maintenece guy, he fixed it correctly the first time he tried.

The Construction of the apartments is shockingly shoddy. One window will not close all the way, and you can hear everything through the walls.

Other renters do not pick up after their animals, despite bags being places strategically thoughout the complex! As a result, there is an abnormal amount of crap on the grounds.
