Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Parking .... Forget it!!! you will walk 2 blocks many nights.Field rats infestation in 2003 , in your food none stop. In 2005 a new Management took over Very Unreasonable, You will not find out about this until you move .Charges when you move out clued cleaning blinds, carpet even after you have lived there 3 years. Any lost keys you will be charged 50$. Water bill 35$ -40 one person. Dont find out the hard way.
