I hate this place. Nothing is good. The maintenence guys walk into your apt drunk... with no reason why, they will not fix anything correctly, my apt walls leak sap or some sticky substance, the fire place is rediculas, the hot water heater, everyoone there is grumpy and the office staff is off the charts in their rudeness towards tenants, quick to give fines but slow to help your needs.
