First off, they have refused multiple times to give us a copy of our lease.
Even when we went in to talk to them, sat down, and they proceeded to give us false information and deny access to our lease.
They post private information on your door, available for public access.
Our heater is broken. THey told us we were morons and weren't waiting for our heat to stop. Basically it runs non-stop unless we shut down the HVAC.
It also means no A/C.
They can't fix the provided dryer.
They ruined our carpet replacing the broken washer.
Parking is bad, poorly/inadequately lit.
Office personal is the least professional I have had, since I was 16.
BTW.- The pool is almost always not available.

I concur. Terribly unprofessional office staff. And they changed our lease repeatedly. I signed so many different copies I finally quit reading them all. That's when they made changes and didn't tell us. I am not even sure if everything they did was even legal.
