If you don't mind kissing the managers ass and puting up with all their bull s**t, this place is for you. However, our experience was terrible. I was in the office complaining about the COW living above us at least once a week and nothing was ever done. The office staff said the would call and talk to her but I don't think they did. It sounds as if there is a basketball game going on above us in the middle of the night. I have seen the office staff turnover twice, including the manager in the 1 year I have been here and everyone who works at this place are totally incompitent. To this day I still have had no resolution about the tenants above us thus the reason for us moving away from here.

Wow if it was THAT bad you think you could go talk to the people above you. You are grown adults whom I am sure are very capable of solving problems on your own. Again you think these are bad try living at the Pines apartments and then you will think these are GREAT. As for the staff turn over, it's an apartment complex...they don't pay well you would know that if you had ever worked at one. It ranks right up there with retail having to deal with complaints, give the people a break treat them with kindness or as you would want to be treated and the results are amazing.

New addition to my bad review. Today without warning, verbal or written notice, management formally complained to the police about our music, and when I confronted them to get a statement about our previous complaints it was a yelling contest. Very unprofessional. All 3 of the office people gang up on you when you have a complaint and nothing gets resolved. I have spoken with one of the last neighbors in our building because everyone is moving out, all other tenants around me are having the same problem with the office staff not helping to resolve any problems.

They are posting signs all over the complex stating "free rent". I guess when you treat people badly, they move out and tell their friends to stay away. Word of mouth can hurt a place run so poorly. Oh, and the comment dated 04/09 was most likely from the office management. It's your job to handle your tenants, not your tenants job. Sorry you get paid so poorly. Anyone heard of college? Then you don't have to work the equivalent of retail. That's your fault not your tenants.
