within 3 days I received 2 notices for possible eviction because my dog was barking. Dogs bark! I dont know how out of probably 150 dogs here they knew it was mine.

because they went to your door, possibly? Or it was on the deck? It isn't difficult to pin point the offender. Take the heat and deal with it. Don't spread offensive lies.
