I can explain the dog bark complaint. They knew because someone who lives nearby (not me) probably complained!!! Neighbors know! I really appreciated how management maintaine people who didn't pick up after their dogs, left their dogs on porches or left them in the house so they could see other dogs and bark, as well as maintained an orderly complex! I'm buying in Colorado Springs and am honestly at a loss to find a townhome that even approaches this complex! Management is great, maintenance is great,views are unparalleled (Pikes Peak). I'll miss it.

First off, learn to spell correctly. Very annoying. Secondly, Dogs are simply a pain in the ass to have in apartments. They need houses, yards, fields, not cooped up all day in a little apartment, jesh.. Can't stand them, they yap all day long.

My neighbor has a dog that they let run around off of a leash entirely. When my neighbor's dog attacked my dog, I reported it to the management office. The neighbor still lets their dog run off of its leash. Just today management saw the dog off of the lease while showing the apartments. I doubt anything will be done even still.

Lodge at Castle Pines is NOT "fabulous" at all!!!!!!!! It is: far too expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can get an appartment dubble space for half the price at exit 184!! I certainly will NOT miss this rotten place!
