I agree with the previous review about the deposits. If you have pets, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! I was charged $1800 upon move out to replace the carpets. And they didn't credit the "non-refundable" pet deposit towards that, so basically you're going to shell out $200 plus $20 a month for your pet to live there. On top of of the $200 "refundable" pet deposit. Beautiful area, no storage in the 2b2ba but otherwise an okay experience.

its the same as everywhere else, you pay a pet fee and a pet deposit, that is not unusual. And as for you getting charged for carpet and complaining that they didnt credit your non-refundable pet fee towards it, what do you not get about NON-REFUNDABLE.
