My husband and infant daughter lived here in 2006 and 2007. The management is rude. The apartments are swarming in spiders. The pool is way over chlorinated. The maintenance people are not competent. The apartment we were shown is not even the one we ended up with but we had to keep it b/c the furniture was being delivered that day. They did adjust our rent though. Lots of noise and w/complaints nothing was ever done.

I agree with this post. As a former resident there of two year, the management is rude, they set false expectations constantly, maintenance is a joke, my friend who currently lives there has a rat problem, when I was there, there was indeed issues with MANY spider (had an exterminator come out 3 times). This is accurate in my opinion.
