Terrible manager & overall management. Very rude, inept & lazy! Don't complain about anything or they'll find a way to get rid of you. According to Douglas Cty records, these units are short 100 pkg spaces relative to the number of units they rent. There's repeated promises from mgmt that more spaces are to be built - forget it! Nothing but unfulfilled promises! If you have a garage and think that will solve pkg problem - forget that too! Since residents are unable to find legitimate spaces, particularly in the evening, they will park in front of garages and other places marked "No Parking". Again, don't bother complaining. Mgmt style: "Just pay the rent and shut up. If you don't like it here, then leave!" Mice, rats & spiders everywhere. Constant trash pouring over tops of dumpsters seen from apt windows. Extremely slow at snow removal. Therefore, don't plan on getting out of the complex when you need to. Again, it's all about management convenience. Armed with this knowledge, they take full advantage of unsuspecting potential residents - shame on this management company!

Sounds like nothing has changed from 4 years ago when I lived there.
