Snow removal is poor, if you have problems with stairs and cant get first floor housing forget it! the stairs and sidewalks quickly become entrenched with snow and ice for at least 3 days past the snow.

Laundry facilities are poorly managed. On several occasions I have found the door (with a coded lock) propped open. Several times I have found broken eggs in the washers and dryers. The room as a whole is barely sanitary, I would not bring an infant in there ever!

Work out facilities are non-existent. When I signed up there was barely enough equipment to fill a closet, they have since improved this but it is not monitored at all, kids running in and out, equipment not cleaned and placed back in spots.

My air conditioning unit went out at the end of June. Colorado is hot and dry in the summer. When did the A/C get fixed' Aug 20th... What did I get' a one time concession of $250 in Aug... Is this enough' Heck no, how in the world does a property management company not have an A/C guy on staff'!

Lastly rent since I signed will be going up $200, I started at $719 for a one-bed, now in January, $919... not worth it. Also, there is a 60-day notice to vacate clause. There is no getting out of this. 60 days is about standard, but when you move month-to-month because you dont know when you are moving... yep still 60 day notice required.

Asinine management and staff, worst apartments I have ever lived at.

We have had huge holes in our sidewalk in front of our building which is a safety issues and James has lied about it being fixed for the past 6 months....he has no intention of fixing it and the next person who falls will sue!!!!!!! He allows some people to pay their rent late and in installments for only a 50.00 fee but that is only if he likes you and you don't complain...There are families of 5-6 people living in 1 bedroom apartment and he does nothing about even after it has been brought to his attention. This place is a dump!!!!!! The management sucks and the staff is no better!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
