I recently tried to rent from these jokers and they told me 5 different things before initally turning me down. One was two months up front, the second was two and a half months up front, the third was we had a botched rental history (yeah right), the forth was we would need a co-signer and the rent up front, and the fifth was the last straw was when one of the leasing agents, to be spiteful, said they were going to cash my deposit and not return it for 8 weeks (real nice since I'm looking for a place to live!) Once of the male leasing agents, cussed me out and threatened me outside the office, pushing his face in mine and butting me with his chest (and I am Female Too WHAT A MAN!)
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
