I dont think we are talking about the same Pines. I live at the Pines on Castlegate drive west. Maybe the apt there are nicer. I have never seen a drug bust, old cars or roaches. I have had no problems at all. The price is great for the size and location. The staff is helpful,yet they seem reluctant to help in an emergency. There was a fire last summer and I was in the Springs. I called the manager and asked if she could call me on my cell to let me know if there was an evacuation so I could get my dog out of there and she said she can't because then everyone would want her to call. I felt that was a little heartless.Overall though i enjoy it and have had no safety issuses or maint. issuses. I have lived there since 08/03-present.

Well, this happens (illegal stuff) on the North side. I think all of the aliens are housed in the same area. So many families living in one little space. Yet, the management looks the other way.
