The first year was ok. My husband and I were the first to move into the apartment and two of the early residents. We never had to call on the staff. By the 2nd year, things had deteriorated drastically. Dogs barking constantly and urinating on our balcony from the apartment above. The staff never corrected the problem but sent maintenance to disinfect our balcony once in awhile. Noisy, rude kids and teenagers everywhere. Playing ball and skateboarding in the parking areas and refusing to move when we needed to drive through. Playing loud music in their cars and basically loitering in groups around the complex. Dog poo on the grounds. Staff is stuck up, ineffective and only wants your money. We survived until our second year?s lease was up and then left. We received our damage deposit only after calling them several times after it was due.
