If you from outside of Colorado: renter beware!! The management team is full of double dealers. This is set-aside housing for welfare recipients. It means your neighbors will be of a class of people without manners, and would just as soon scrape your car as be civil. The leasing ladies are nice when they sign you up. After that if there is a problem they turn nasty. When the security lighting is out for weeks, or the neighbors dump their bags of garbage in the hallway the leasing office will put you on their hit list if you complain. They will tell you no felons are allowed. We had two felons in our building. Everybody in town knows this is the place that packs in the illegal immigrants, 10 men to a one bedroom apartment.
