This place is an absolute nightmare that you can't wake up from.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
These places are severely cockroach infested, people jumping off balconies trying to commit suicide. There are drugs galore here, meth labs, drug deals. The cops are in here every day along with the fire department. Gang related issues. People don't watch out for there kids and they let them do whatever they want including harassing people and vandelising personal property. They do not keep up on there pet policy, there is dog crap ALL OVER the place.You can't use the work out facility because there are always people in there just to watch cable T.V. This place was nice when we moved in. It's gone down hill so bad. There is not enough people to take care of a place this size. Everything in the apartments is breaking down and no one wants to replace anything. We have to pay for water and trash trash is $5 extra and water is $30 extra added to your monthly rent. They are water wasters too! The spriklers not only hit the pavement but they water it ALL NIGHT LONG! It's been forever since I*'ve seen someone clean the pool and the first and last time I went there there was oil and grease floating on top of the water. GROSS!!!! It takes forever to get anything fixed and they maitenennce guys don't do anything except sit in there little garage office and drive around golf carts all day. Oh and one more thing and then I'll leave you to consider this place yourself, there are dumpster divers so be very careful your not throwing anything out with personal information on it. It may not seem so bad during the daylight but it really is a nightmare. Come! Move on in! IF YOU DARE. P.S. Half the apartments are peach and the other 1/2 are green and white. This has bee like this since 2006. The original colors are the green and white they started painting these last year and they have never been finished.
