Admittedly I've only been here a few months, but they made a big fanfare about the two pools, and two jacuzzi hot tubs that I would at the very least expect them to work. But no, one pool is cold, one hot tub is cold, and the other is a filthy mess. Again, admittedly they're only supposed to have been open a week but c'mon! They've had all winter to fix and prepare them - or, STOP using them as a feature to 'sell' the apartments.

The management is very responsive and honestly if you had to take over somesones mess would'nt you want a fair shot??????? the entire staff yes has turned over recently but give them a break they inhereited the problem and they are doing GREAT or at least they are trying!
