Our son is relocating for an internship. After reading the reviews I was sceptical.
However, I have found the staff; Anna and the property manager to be very accomodating.
Running a large community is no easy task. You will never make everyone happy. It is those who don't follow the rules; leave their apartments trashed and are billed; and do not pay rent on time that are usually the people who leave bad comments.
I will write another review once our son has moved in. But so far, I have been very pleased with the staff and thier attentiveness. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

That statement is so untrue....I pay my rent on time and obey the rules.I ahd a legimate complaint but instead of management rectifying the situation they us scare tactics and threaten to evict people who are great resisdents....As long as you don't complain then they are very accommodating.....They can't afford to evict people so they keep the bad apples around!!!!!!

you must think that we are your rug. i don't ever see anyone ever go around look at the parking lot rocks alover. all they do all day is ride around they will see something and just keep going like it's not there.and the dogs just runing around loose you can't send your kids out because of dog feses they step in it and bring it into the apt. will you pay for it?well im writeing to corp iv had it with you guys.you must think i have nothing to do.as long as you get paid you don't care. i know some of will be out of a job.the only one who dose there job is anna. iv have pics off my cam that i will be sending out in two weeks to corp. like i said im sick of this.every day is the same.boy i see how you love your residents, your a joke. but it will bite you inb the ass.you all will be looking for jobs.and i will go out of my way to see it happen. just look around you.no one wants to live here any more and that is so sad. all the good is moveing. then they say all we do is complain thats because we dont want to see the pines go down hill.lots of them are pigs just look at your parking lot.

After moving our son in last weekend this is what I observed: The apartment was very clean upon move in. Anna was accomodating in person as over the phone I did not personally meet the Property Manager; but saw him. I know for a fact that if people do not pay their rent; they will be served an eviction notice; it happend when I was in the office. This is the way it should be (read the lease) The complex does have a TON of people; certainly a big job for any amount of staff. I cannot comment too much on the dog feces mentioned; I did not see any where we were (although I saw dogs; and waste bags for this purpose) The only negative was my son's internet does not work in his building location (so we just called comcast and will have to pay) If this is the worse experience; no huge deal. The fitness center is being upgraded so we could not go inside. So far; a good experience--with accomodating office staff.
