I walked into the office a while back and to my horror I saw a female staff member hunched over a computer and talking about what size breasts to get!!!!!!!! How UNPROFESSIONAL can people be''' Much to my dismay I found out it was the MANAGER Stephanie, yes, the manager!!!!! Needless to say there isn't a chance in hell that I will renew my lease. I WILL be contacting corporate!!!!

oh come on now. so what. if you consider it so unprofessional to have someone overhear such a conversation then what on earth is the characterization for putting it on the internet!?
why are these guy being vindicated so much? they appear to be making many improvements - new gym, fixed-up laundry, better communications. I feel even the pools will be fully functional this year.

Yes, as a new resident; it really does not live up to the standards on line. As far as office staff; I agree communication is lacking from many. Some conversations we have overheard as well are inappropriate; but we have not commented as it would most likely do no good.
One person in the office who seems ok is Ann. The place is too big to try to have it competitive with other choices for apartments. Too bad; my suggestion would be to have one staff/family housed in each of the buildings to oversee the happenings "after" the office closes. A whole different feel. This would also help the office understand about what some of us feel. How did some of these people even get let in living here?

It would be nice to have management live in every building...every apartment community changes when the office closes at 6, however, there are about 30 buildings at The Pines and 4 people in the office. How would that work?
And...it's against the law in Colorado to refuse housing to any person who qualifies for the apartment. So, basically, as long as they pass credit, crimminal and rental checks the office can't say no to people.
