The Reserve team does not seem to put any effort into their jobs, the maintenance is poor, for example leaving scraps of metal in the grass and rocks, and not doing anything about dog mess that the other residents leave. When there was supposed to be a walk through inspection to fix things like smoke detectors and air filters, they didn't fix any of it. The staff members steal resident property. The management and staff changed in mid February and they didn't bother to tell the residents. That was aroung the time all the problems started. When I went to talk to the manager and told him about all these problems, he wasn't at all concerned with the staff, but he came up with plenty of excuses, and blamed me for the problems instead. I can't wait until my lease is up. The apartments themselves are roomy and pretty nice, but the horrible staff makes living there unbearable.
