Wonderful Place to Live!

I just have to respond to all of the postings here, We have had a wonderful time living at The Reserve. Read the other reviews, they're obviously posted by disgruntled residents who didn't bother to read the leases they signed. I was told when I signed my lease that 60 days notice IS required when I decide to vacate my apartment, so I have NO sympathy for the the ignorant tenant who didn't bother to read the terms of his lease. Regardless of what he was told he should have read his lease or asked for a copy of it. As life long renters, 60 days notice is pretty darn common in the state of Colorado. No need to trash the community or staff because of personal ignorance.
We too did notice a shift in staff a couple months back, but the transition has been smooth and the new staff is attentive and helpful. We have never had a problem using the 800 number for the maintenance dept which is 24 hours.
You will always find neighbors and people who leave their trash out and don't pick up after their dogs - we have not noticed this at this property - our children play in the grass and in the playground year round and have not seen animal waste just laying around, nor have we noticed bldg supplies on the ground.
This IS an income-based property and we have been treated well by maintenance and staff, our children seem to enjoy the ammenities and we hope to continue living at the reserve for years to come.
